1. The purpose of shot blasting cleaning machine
Remove metal surface oxide skin and surface adhesive; Improve the mechanical properties of metal surfaces; Optimize the surface process status of the workpiece; Improve the surface quality of the workpiece.
This machine is a product that our company has carefully digested and upgraded based on the introduction of advanced foreign equipment. It is specifically used for shot blasting treatment of aluminum die castings, with particularly obvious effects and very convenient operation.
The main features of this machine are:
This machine has no pit, easy installation, and reduces investment costs.
Compact structure, high production efficiency, good cleaning quality, safe and reliable.
2. Working principle of shot blasting cleaning machine
A tooling mechanism is installed in the shot blasting room. The fixture mechanism rotates, and the workpiece placed on the fixture can be uniformly ejected from all directions. The cavity facing the shot blaster is covered with Cr12MoV mold steel wear-resistant protective plates, and the reflection area is covered with Mn13 wear-resistant steel plates, providing effective protection. The robot places the workpiece on the shot blasting fixture mechanism, and then rotates the large turntable 180 degrees into the shot blasting chamber to receive shot blasting. After the ejection is completed, the large turntable rotates 180 degrees, is manually or mechanically unloaded, and then loaded in a cycle of work.
The process flow is as follows:
Manual or robotic loading - large turntable rotates 180 degrees - workpiece rotates for cleaning - large turntable rotates 180 degrees - manual or robotic unloading - placement of transfer frame
