1. The purpose of shot blasting cleaning machine
Remove metal surface oxide scale, rust, residual molding sand, and surface bonding materials; Improve the mechanical properties of metal surfaces; Optimize the surface process status of the workpiece; Improve the surface quality of the workpiece.
Shot blasting cleaning machines are generally used in industries such as construction machinery, mining machinery, chemical equipment, pressure vessels, automotive parts, ship bridges, building profiles, fitness equipment, and transportation facilities. The preliminary process treatment applicable to the terminal process of its parts or products, improving the surface quality and corrosion resistance of its products.
2. Working principle of shot blasting cleaning machine
The shot blasting room of this machine is box type. The workpiece is hung on the hook of the electric hoist, automatically driven into the room from the top of the machine and rotates, and then the cylinder automatically closes the door. The shot blaster high-speed projectiles onto the workpiece, vigorously striking and scraping the bonding material on its surface to achieve cleaning effect. After the shot blasting cleaning is completed, the shot blasting chamber door automatically opens and the hook returns to the origin.
